I attained my California Real Estate License in 1978, and the California Broker’s License in 1980. I sold real estate in the Bay Area for several years before moving to beautiful Carson Valley, Nevada, in 1996, where I obtained a Nevada Real Estate Broker’s License. I currently hold both California and Nevada licenses. I’ve enjoyed being an active member of the Chamber of Commerce for both Carson Valley and Dayton. Prior to real estate I was Senior Business Manager for the largest privately owned construction company in the United States. I also hold a degree in Business Management from St. Mary’s College, Moraga, California.

Marsha serves: Carson City (Capitol of Nevada), Washoe Valley including Franktown Road ‘in the pines’, Dayton, beautiful Carson Valley just 20 minutes from Lake Tahoe, including Minden and Gardnerville, the Nevada side of Lake Tahoe, including the ‘Ridge’ resort area, Wellington, Smith Valley, and the California towns of Woodfords, Markleeville, Walker, and Coleville.
